If you have difficulties connecting to the csu-net network or still encounter issues after adding csu-net manually, please forget the csu-net network and then follow the steps below. Note: even though Windows 10 is shown below, the same will apply for Windows 11.
-click on the wifi icon in the bottom right
-then click on Network & Internet settings
-on the status tab, click network and sharing center
-If you are on Windows 11 you can search and open Control Panel, select Network and Internet, and then Network and Sharing Center.
-click set up a new connection or network
-click "manually connect to a wireless network"
-change network name to "csu-net"
-change security type to "wpa2-enterprise"
-click next
-the network will say successfully added, click "change settings"
-select the "security" tab
-first click settings
-click configuration in the bottom right of the next window
-uncheck the "automatically connect " box
-click okay until you are back at the first properties window on the security tab
-now click advanced settings
-Check the specify authentication mode
-change the mode to "user authentication"
-click "save credentials" and enter your NetID and password
-click ok to all windows
-now try to connect to "csu-net" and it should connect
