Click on the Wireless signal on the lower right corner of your task bar.

Select csu-net and click Connect and Connect to continue connecting.

Enter your NetID and password, click Ok and Connect. 

Verify that you are connected. 



If you are unable to connect or get an authentication error, please follow the steps below:


  • Check that you are using your NetID and password
    • Verify that they are correct by following this link. Select Modify Your Information and Show My Information 
  • Forget the network
    • Click on the Wireless signal on the lower right corner of your task bar
    • Select Network & Internet Settings and then Wi-Fi on the left panel
    • At the bottom of the networks list, select Manage known networks
    • Select csu-net and click Forget
    • Try connecting again
  • Turn off your Wi-Fi and restart your device
    • When it restarts, turn on your Wi-Fi and try connecting again
