To Connect your Android device to the csu-net WiFi network, follow the instructions below:


  1. Click on the Settings gear and click on Connections and Wi-Fi.
  2. Select csu-net and enter the following: 


    • EAP method: PEAP
    • Phase 2 authentication: None
    • CA certificate: Don't validate
    • Identity: NetID
    • Anonymous Identity: Leave blank
    • Password: NetID password

       3. Click Connect and verify that you are connected. 



If you are unable to connect or get an authentication error, please follow the steps below:


       

       1. Check that you are using your correct NetID and NetID password
    • Verify that they are correct by following this link. Select Modify Your Information then click Show My Information. Log in with your NetID and NetID password. If you are able to log in, be sure to use that same username and password to connect to the csu-net WiFi.
       2. If your are using the correct credentials, try forgetting the network
    • To do this, click and hold csu-net in your Wi-Fi settings
    • Select Forget Network then try following the connection instructions again
       3. If that doesn't resolve your issue, try turning off your Wi-Fi and restart your device
    • When it restarts, turn on your Wi-Fi and follow the connection instructions again.
